The billing part was confusing for me!! I had to spend extra time figuring out what I was being charged for, and I wish it had been clearer from the start.

I’ve had a decent experience overall, but the navigation could definitely be easier. I found myself spending a little too much time figuring out where to go next, which kind of took me out of the flow. Once I got used to it, things made more sense, but I feel like a smoother layout would make the whole experience feel more natural and less frustrating.
